Supervisor Evaluation Program

Referring to Decree No. 1827/2018 on the Guidelines for Good Mining Practices, PT DEA complies with the assessment and evaluation of operational and technical supervisors. This activity is carried out quarterly each year to ensure occupational health and safety (OHS), regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and to promote a strong safety culture while preventing accidents and potential sanctions.

Collaboration : Turning Waste into Valuable Grocery Rewards

As part of supporting the government program stated in the Circular Letter of the Minister of Environment of the Republic of Indonesia No. 1 of 2025 concerning National Waste Awareness Day, PT Dea Global Niaga (DEA), together with PT Borneo Indobara as the program initiator, and the Environmental Agency of Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan, collaborated in the environmental campaign “Waste for Groceries Exchange” on June 25, 2025, in Satui District, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan.
This activity represents a form of social and environmental contribution aimed at:

1. Educating the community on sustainable waste management,
2. Promoting a culture of saving and collecting waste with economic value,
3. Providing direct benefits in the form of special grocery packages to the community.

National Waste Awareness Day 2024 & 2025

Based on the directive of the Minister of Environment of the Republic of Indonesia, PT Dea Global Niaga (DEA) actively participated in the commemoration of National Waste Awareness Day (HPSN) in 2024 and 2025, in collaboration with PT Borneo Indobara as the program initiator. This activity aimed to raise public awareness on the importance of waste management and maintaining environmental cleanliness, particularly in coastal areas. In this commemoration, PT DEA achieved 2nd place in 2024 and 1st place in 2025 in the waste bin creation category. The waste bin creation initiative was designed to enhance public awareness while encouraging creativity and innovation.

Fatigue Management

Based on the Directive of the Director General No. 185 of 2019, PT DEA implements fatigue management through the identification, evaluation, and control of factors that may cause worker fatigue. This includes providing training and awareness programs, regulating work shift patterns, and conducting assessments and management of worker fatigue levels both prior to the start of each shift and during work activities. This management initiative is expected to prevent or minimize the potential for near misses and even fatal accidents.
